Job Description:
Are you entrepreneurial-minded, driven by success, and excited by the idea of helping brands grow through an innovative affiliate marketing platform and strategies? Chief Rainmaker is seeking Business Development Representatives to join our team and help businesses set up and scale through affiliate influencer programs. We are building a massive, global affiliate network of Influencers and businesses looking to sell their products and/or services through our network.

In this role, you’ll reach out to brands and businesses, educate them on the benefits of performance-based customer acquisition, and help them set up, launch and recruit affiliates and influencers to promote their products. With full training and support, you’ll develop long-term business relationships and build a portfolio that rewards your effort with sustainable and scalable income.

What You’ll Do:
Outreach to Brands: Identify and connect with brands/businesses looking to gain more customers through performance-based marketing.
Help Set Up Affiliate Programs: Guide brands through setting up their own affiliate programs using our cutting-edge platform.
Recruit Affiliates/Influencers: Work with brands to recruit top-tier affiliates and influencers who can drive product promotion and sales.
Manage Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, ensuring continued collaboration and growth.
Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends and digital marketing strategies.
Sales and Networking: Actively prospect, present, and close new partnerships with brands while leveraging your own network.

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Ability to identify and connect with decision-makers at brands/businesses.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to manage your time effectively.
Experience in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or online communities is beneficial but not required.
Interest in building a long-term, sustainable income stream through affiliate partnerships.
