Job Description:
Our dealership seeks driven solar consultants in multiple states. In this role, you will spearhead sales growth by networking, prospecting, running leads, and securing deals with commercial, government, residential, and non-profit clients seeking solar energy, EV charging, battery backup/consumption, re-roofing with solar systems, electrical work as a licensed electrician, and other electrical solutions/services.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new commercial, residential, government, and non-profit opportunities within a designated territory
• Run company generated leads
• Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential clients and industry trends
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to surpass predetermined targets
• Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry advancements, competitors, and market dynamics

Requirements:
• Networking and prospecting capabilities with a knack for identifying and nurturing new prospects
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas persuasively and clearly
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is essential
• Laptop, smartphone with data, and tablet required
• Transportation and a valid driver's license are required to reach your goals
