Responsibilities

Review, revise, and negotiate various contracts with owners and vendors

Participate in meetings with project teams to assess contractual risks

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in construction contract administration and management
Legal experience and/or knowledge of contract law is a plus
Knowledge of construction operations and management is a plus
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements

Paralegal or Law degree is a nice to have

Experience Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience specifically in construction contract administration and management
Experience with new build construction contracts, negotiating, and redlining contracts is required
