We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Candidate must have a helpful and friendly personality and be comfortable interacting with staff members and customers.


Basic Function:


Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to perform duties and responsibilities

Generate accounting statements and reports

Record deposits from various divisions

Prepare daily deposits for bank, as needed

Reconcile numerous bank statements

Develop automated spreadsheets

Process check requests and monthly invoices via credit card, bill pay, ACH, wire and/or check

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

Respond to all vendor inquiries

1099 Maintenance

Maintain digital files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Assist with other projects, as needed

Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing

Ability to type 60 - 65 wpm

Extensive Microsoft Office Excel knowledge

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise 2016 is a plus

Must have strong work ethic.
