POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates and controls grower operations and performs other seasonal duties in accordance with harvesting requirements. Supervises the operation of crop custom harvesting by maximizing labor and mechanical resources assuring a high-quality product at a minimum cost. Supervises winter maintenance of harvesting equipment as directed by the Director of Agriculture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises winter maintenance of harvesting equipment as directed by the Director of Agriculture
Maintains adequate inventory of parts by ordering to ensure availability as Supervises winter maintenance of harvesting equipment as directed by the Director of Agriculture operation needs dictate.
Implements and coordinates training for all new Agriculture Equipment Operators to comply with all regulatory mandates.
Coordinates and arranges for special hauling to be ready for harvesting season.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary:
1. 5 years previous experience associated with harvesting equipment, operations, maintenance and repair.
2. Agricultural background
3. Ability to work independently and aggressively.
