Ever dreamed of running your own pub? A great opportunity for a Head Chef and Front of House Partner to run this country pub and restaurant, located in a village in Northamptonshire

The owner of the business is looking for a couple with previous experience of working together, to run and manage the property on a daily basis.

There is huge potential, to develop the business further, all ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, you will have the freedom to change the menus on a weekly/monthly basis whichever you prefer alongside daily specials to try out different dishes.

We are looking for a Chef and a Manager with combined skills to be able to run every aspect from creating daily and weekly menus, ordering food and drinks, cash handling, creating and managing budgets, organising staff, maintain kitchen hygiene, cellar management, beer line cleaning and front of house cleaning schedules, organising service flow, meeting and greeting customers and everything else that is required

The owners are looking to step back from the business but will be available to answer any questions if required.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a couple who have always planned on running their own pub to do so without actually having to purchase the property!

The owner definitely wants a Head Chef to be able to run the kitchens but is happy to help train somebody with good front of house skills into the management role
