Free HR intern
- Location: Karnataka, India
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation material and conducting initial orientations.
Maintain employee records and HR database with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organising and conducting employees engagement activities and events.
Help with HR documentation, such as preparing contract, policies and other HR- related paperwork.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
