Free Office Assistant2

The position will suit a person with general office and administration knowledge, sales, costumer service background, with a effervescent personality and a multi lateral approach.

Duties include but are not limited to:

General administration duties
Assisting clients on a day to day basis
Working with deadlines and prioritizing workload
Preparation of correspondence
Prepare proposals
The ideal candidate will have a professional approach and be able to multi-task , with minimum supervision to be applied to different task area.

Essential criteria:

Common sense
Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible
Experienced dealing with confidential information
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in accounts software (desirable)
Proven ability to work under pressure
Friendly attitude and phone manner
"can do" attitude is essential to succeed in this role
Good command of the English language and any European language can be an advantage.
