Manage and maintain the executive's schedule and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.
Organize, maintain files and documents.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Expectations:
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Be proactive and anticipate the needs of the executive.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
