Free Software Developer

We are currently seeking for a talented Software Developer to play an important role in planning, designing, developing, and launching the systems and solutions built to support our company core functions. This position will be responsible for resolving performance issues, support tickets, identifying and recommending improved architecture to remediate chronic issues and poor performing software. And also will be implementing best practices related to software development including coding standards, integration, and security. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to demonstrate knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures.

Responsibilities And Duties Are:
Analyzes end-user needs and collaborates with the necessary teams to fully understand our company scope.
Partners with business liaisons and engineers to translate our company requirements into technical requirements.
Contributes to the code design, development, optimization, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
Implements sustainable, cost-effective solutions, adhering to our company’s strategic direction and standards.
Works with external and internal partners to ensure coding best practices and development principles are followed.
Diagnoses issues, evaluates, and solves technical problems related to project implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Creates process flowcharts, diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
Maintains a broad and thorough understanding of current software development techniques, methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Proposes and implements feasible solutions or processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of applications.
Writes code with a clear concept of object-oriented designs.
Develops data integrations and data migrations between applications.

Qualifications And Skills Required Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
At least one year experience with Microsoft Development platform using .NET framework technology, Visual Studi.NET, VB.NET or C#, AOD.NET, ASP.NET.
SQL 2005 and SQL Reporting Services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Agile development.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GP, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures.
