The Head Chef has taken time to source top quality ingredients, and has created a popular menu that showcase proper old school cooking at its best

We are looking for a Sous Chef who can keep a cool head under pressure and communicate well with the team ensuring that all prep is allocated and completed to the correct standard

There is Live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living close to Stamford Market Deeping Oakham Corby or possibly Peterborough area with their own transport if required

Benefits

Base Salary of £34,000 - £36,000
Share of Tips / Tronc
Live In Available
