Free Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Staffing Coordinator to manage daily staffing needs in a long-term care facility. This role ensures proper coverage for all shifts, responds to call-outs, and maintains accurate scheduling and attendance records to support quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules for nursing and support staff
• Monitor daily staffing levels and arrange coverage for call-outs and absences
• Coordinate overtime, per diem, and agency staff as needed
• Maintain accurate scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping records
• Communicate staffing needs with nursing leadership and staff
• Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of scheduling or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping systems
Compensation: $25/hr, plus excellent benefits.
